You receive a CRD- code by email from the issuer (Binance, Bybit, Cronwallet, etc.) as soon as your card enters our network. It always starts with CRD- followed by 6+ characters.
We refresh location at every checkpoint and use predictive routing between them, so the marker on the map represents the most likely current position with an accuracy band shown beneath the ETA.
Every shipment is insured up to $25,000. If a card is lost, stolen or compromised, we coordinate a free re-ship with the issuer — usually within 48 hours.
